With deep roots in Celtic shamanism, yoga, and nature-based healing Sarah is a master meditation teacher. While there are thankfully so many wonderful free meditations and fantastic apps out there to work with, there is still something very different about working directly and in real-time with a meditation teacher. Gift yourself the skill and practice of meditation that you can take anywhere with you and drop into anytime, any place. Meditation is not a one-size-fits-all kind of practice, but/and it is indeed for everyone! There are so very many ways that one can cultivate a meaningful and lasting meditation practice. Sarah has taught meditation for 15 years, has delivered professional development trainings, and even developed mindfulness curriculum & pedagogy practices in the educational system. Meditation is an absolutely life-changing practice that everyone can find their way into with the right approach and a patient, compassionate, supportive teacher.
